Transformers - The Movie [The Reformatted Edition - Energon Pink]

The Transformers: The Movie, The Soundtrack – The Reformatted Edition (Energon Pink Vinyl LP)

Celebrate the 40th anniversary of The Transformers: The Movie with The Soundtrack – The Reformatted Edition, a completely reimagined version of the iconic 1986 animated film soundtrack. Rather than simply reissuing the original recordings, this 2026 edition rebuilds all ten tracks from the ground up with heavier production and a new generation of performers while honoring the music that became inseparable from the Transformers legacy.

The album features The Knights of Unicron alongside an impressive lineup of guests, including Stan Bush, Vince DiCola, Sebastian Bach of Skid Row, Brittney Slayes of Unleash The Archers, Mark Osegueda of Death Angel, Francesco Cavalieri of Wind Rose, and Torch. Fan favorites including “The Touch,” “Dare,” “Instruments of Destruction,” “Nothin’s Gonna Stand in Our Way,” “The Transformers (Theme),” and “Dare to Be Stupid” receive newly recorded interpretations for this anniversary release.

Pressed on striking Energon Pink colored vinyl, this single-LP edition is a standout collectible for Transformers fans, soundtrack enthusiasts, and lovers of ’80s-inspired hard rock and heavy metal.
