We take great care in packaging every record to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Processing Time
- In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Pre-Orders
Items marked as Pre-Order will ship within 1–5 business days after the manufacturer's official release date.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be held until all items are available.
Release dates are determined by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.
Packaging
Records are shipped in protective LP mailers with appropriate padding to help prevent damage during transit.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather
- Carrier disruptions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Other events beyond our control
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sin City Spins is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the carrier first. We're happy to assist you in filing a claim when possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
