Overcoats - The Fight

Overcoats – The Fight (Gatefold Vinyl LP)

Experience Overcoats’ The Fight, the New York duo’s bold and emotionally charged second full-length album. Released in 2020, the record blends indie pop, alternative rock, electronic textures, and atmospheric production into a distinctive sound that feels both intimate and expansive.

Created by Hana Elion and JJ Mitchell, The Fight explores themes of resilience, personal growth, relationships, and finding the strength to move forward. Rather than focusing on conflict, the album is about picking yourself back up and embracing change. Its polished pop melodies and atmospheric arrangements give the record an uplifting quality while maintaining an underlying sense of vulnerability.

Released through Loma Vista Recordings, this edition comes as a single vinyl LP housed in a gatefold jacket. It's an excellent addition for fans of modern indie pop, alternative music, and artists who blend electronic production with organic songwriting.
